Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty coverage for products purchased from Sturdynest.

1. Warranty Coverage

Sturdynest provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of delivery, unless a different warranty period is clearly stated on the product page.

Examples of covered issues (upon verification):

  • Structural defects in frames or major components

  • Mechanical defects that prevent normal function (if applicable)

  • Manufacturing defects that materially affect normal use

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric pilling, softening of cushions over time, minor squeaks)

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect normal use

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, pets, improper cleaning, exposure to moisture/heat, or improper storage

  • Improper assembly, installation, modification, or commercial use

  • Damage caused during moving/relocation after delivery

  • Natural variations in wood grain, texture, and minor color differences due to lighting/screen settings

  • Clearance/final sale items where warranty limitations are stated on the product page

3. Shipping Damage Is Not a Warranty Issue

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, it is handled under our delivery/damage process (not under this warranty).
Please report shipping damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the packaging, shipping label, and the issue.

4. Missing Parts / Hardware

If parts or hardware are missing, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assist with replacement parts when available.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, email info@sturdynest.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Item name (and SKU/model if available)

  • A clear description of the issue (when it started, how it affects use)

  • Photos/videos showing the defect (wide shot + close-up)

  • Photos of the product label/packing label if available

We may request additional information to evaluate your claim.

6. Warranty Remedies

If a claim is approved, Sturdynest may, at its discretion:

  • Provide replacement parts

  • Provide repair guidance (where practical)

  • Replace the product (subject to availability)

  • Offer a partial refund or other appropriate resolution

Return authorization is required if a return is needed for warranty resolution. Do not send items back without written instructions.

7. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the remedies described above.
