Cancellation & Order Changes Policy

We understand plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and order changes are handled.

1. Requesting a Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it ships by contacting us:

If your order has not been processed/shipped, we will make every reasonable effort to cancel it.

2. After an Order Ships

Once an order has shipped, it is generally not possible to cancel or stop the shipment. If a carrier interception/rerouting is possible, the carrier may charge additional fees. Any such fees may be the customer’s responsibility.

3. Order Changes (Address / Items / Quantity)

To request an order change, contact us as soon as possible with your:

  • Order number

  • The change you want to make

Address Changes:

  • We can only attempt changes before shipping.

  • After shipping, address changes may not be possible and may involve carrier fees.

Item Changes / Quantity Changes:
If the order is already being processed, item changes may require cancellation and placing a new order.

4. Oversized / Freight Orders (Large Items)

For oversized/freight orders, changes may be more limited once carrier scheduling begins. If an appointment or freight booking has been made, modifications may be restricted and may result in additional carrier fees.

5. Fraud Prevention / Verification

For customer protection, some orders may require verification. If verification is needed, we may contact you using the email/phone provided at checkout. Verification may affect processing timelines.
