At Sturdynest, we aim to make checkout simple, fast, and secure. Below are the payment methods we accept and how payments are processed.

We currently accept only the following payment methods:

We do not accept other card types, bank transfers, checks, cash on delivery, or e-wallets at this time.

All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout system to help protect your personal and payment information.

Card information is handled by our payment processing partners and payment gateways using industry-standard security measures.
3. When You Are Charged
Your payment is captured at the time you place your order.
In some cases, your bank may first show a temporary authorization (pending charge) before the final capture is completed. This is standard banking practice and typically clears automatically.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

After your payment is successfully completed, you will receive:

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. You can also contact our customer support team for help.
5. Payment Issues (Declined / Failed Payments)
If your payment is declined, please:

Verify your card information (card number, expiry date, CVV)

Confirm your billing address and ZIP code match your bank records

Ensure your card has sufficient funds/available credit and is enabled for online transactions

Contact your bank or card issuer for the specific decline reason
Then try again.
For security reasons, we cannot see or override your bank’s decline decision.
6. Fraud Prevention & Verification
To protect customers from unauthorized transactions, some orders may require additional verification. If verification is needed, we may contact you via the email or phone number provided at checkout.
7. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa or MasterCard). Refund timing depends on your payment provider, but typically posts within 5–10 business days after approval.
